Our preparations are based on ancient recipes handed down from generations, we choose seasonal ingredients in total respect of nature and tradition. In our menu you will only find dishes made by us. A wide and honestly priced choice, that allows us to be one of Montecchio’s best restaurants.
BY OUR CUISINE
San Marco Hotel’s story begins with a dream that originates in the kitchen, between stoves, plates, selected ingredients chosen with care and respect for our ancestors’ traditions. We have started in 1972, at first as a restaurant and then, in the ‘90s, we became an hotel.
At our restaurant in Montecchio Maggiore we offer to our guests and customers all the genuine flavours of our tradition.
Simple, delicate, fine dishes are the ones you’ll find in San Marco’s menu. Complex and original recipes enhanced by the skills of expert chefs, excellent knowers of everything that satisfies even the most exigent palate.

Vicenza is famous for it’s delicious and rich cuisine, even if the majority of the dishes belongs to the popular culinary tradition. In our restaurant in Montecchio Maggiore there is a wide choice of dishes and preparations.
Loyal to the traditional Venetian Cuisine, we propose the “Baccala alla Vicentina”, a unique recipe based on ingredients like onions, milk, sardines, that makes this fish preparation the characterizing dish of the region.
